Ordering online at www.lafashiononline.com is secure and easy. Online orders are processed with a secure server. All information is protected against unauthorized access and encrypted before being sent to us.
Once you have identified what you would like to purchase, enter the desired quantity, select the color from the drop down menu, and click on "Add to Cart." You have the ability to add or remove items from your shopping cart on this screen. When you have finished shopping, double check your order and proceed to "Secure Checkout" and complete the online order form. Please note we do not solicit or sell your personal information.
Upon completion of your order, an automatic order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the order form. Most orders are shipped within two business days. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you.
PLEASE NOTE: Charges to your credit card will appear on your credit card statement under the name L.A. Fashion.

Phone orders may be placed Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 pm. Eastern Standard Time by calling our toll free order line 877-343-0030. We accept Visa/MasterCard, American Express and Discover. In order to serve you better, please have our Product ID number for the merchandise you would like to order. To locate the Product ID, please click on the desired item and locate the Product ID code in the upper right corner of the product description. To protect you from possible credit card fraud, please have your credit card accessible. All orders must include cardholder's name as it appears on the card, the credit card billing address, expiration date.

Please note shipping rates are for orders shipping within the United States only. To find out shipping rates in advance of placing an order, simply add the desired item to your shopping cart and proceed to Secure Checkout. The various shipping methods and rates can be found at the bottom of the page in the drop down menu. We ship all orders via United States Postal Service ("USPS).

Most orders are processed within two business days (Monday - Friday). We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

- Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your on-line purchase. All merchandise purchased from www.lafashiononline.com comes from quality manufacturers and is guaranteed to be genuine and in new condition. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange as long as it is still in the original packaging and in “unused” condition. We cannot accept items with stains, scratches, cuts or subject to any cigarette or perfume smell. There are absolutely no exceptions to our return policy. If merchandise appears to be used or worn, and not in it’s original condition, we cannot accept exchanges or returns. Please note shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. All returns must be authorized within 10 days of receipt (based on carrier’s tracking system), and a 15% reprocessing fee is applicable on any return not covered under manufacturer’s defects.
- Return Merchandise Authorization Requests (RMA)
- Please contact us via email at returns@lafashiononline.com. Please include your order number, detailed reason for the return and contact name.
- We will email you a Return Authorization number within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Upon receipt of your RMA Number, please return the item in its original condition and original packaging with a copy of your email order confirmation or packing slip. Please be sure to clearly write the (RMA) on the outside of the package and send the product via a method that can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please send via certified mail. We cannot process your return until your product has been received. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping.
- Once the item has been received and inspected, we will credit the purchase price of the item minus a 15% re-processing fee to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 72 hours for this credit to post to your account.
If your situation is not listed in this policy or you feel you have unique circumstances, please email customerservice@lafashiononline.com. We will do everything we can to take care of your return as quickly as possible. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive top priority.
- Defective Items

All items are carefully inspected prior to leaving our warehouse. In the event of a manufacturer’s defect, please follow the above contact instructions. Upon receipt and inspection, and if it is deemed by us to be a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the item or refund in the case of non-availability. We will not be responsible if our product is overloaded, overstretched or damage caused by abuse of the product.
Please note variations in color and other markings such as scars, scratches, bites, stretch marks or fat wrinkles are not considered manufacturer’s defects and are perfectly normal and only enhance the wild beauty of our eel skin products. Leather is a natural material and as such it is subject to minor blemishes and imperfections. These are referred to as range marks. They are actually healed scars and scratches that the animal incurred while alive. These are not defects but authenticate that the material is real leather and make each piece truly one of a kind.
We only refund shipping charges if the return is a result of our error.
- Order Cancellations

All orders are automatically processed through our secure server. Once your credit card has been processed, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% reprocessing fee
- If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
- Orders which are refused at delivery or if we have been provided an incorrect shipping address resulting in an item being returned to us, you will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above.
- Sales Tax

Sales tax of 6% is collected for orders shipping to Florida. Sales tax of 5% is collected for orders shipping to Massachusetts
- Pricing and Availability

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. If an ordered item is not available at the posted price, you will be notified before shipment.
We carry a very extensive inventory. However, due to the unpredictability of customer orders and vendor shipments, we cannot guarantee availability of all items all the time. If an ordered item is unavailable to be shipped within the time specified, you will be notified via email as soon as possible.
